New merchandise can be returned at the recipient's expense within 14 days of shipping for a store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please e mail us for the return address. Sometimes items need to be returned to the manufacturer directly and not to Maybe Baby Gifts. We will e mail you back a return authorization number. If you ship to the wrong address, you will be charged for the reshipping fee.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions. Product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags. Any personalized gifts are not returnable. All original receipts and invoices must accompany the purchase.

Any items that are not available to ship, we will e mail you informing you that the item can be back ordered and shipped when available. E mail us back immediately to let us know your wishes.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, e mail us within 5 days and we will issue a return number and arrange shipping for you to exchange the item at no charge to you. It must be in the original packaging with receipt and invoices.

Return Policy

Step 1
Enter the RAN in the space provided on the return label, which is part of the packing slip received with the shipment.

Step 2
Affix the Return Label to the original shipping box. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return that are not in resale condition. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges.  

Step 3
After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming the credit total that has been issued. Credit should appear on your card in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
